A Talk With Your Kids About Smoking follows CDC guidelines, and seeks to empower youth to say no to tobacco. The multimedia presentation is recommended for kids in grades 6-12, and parents are encouraged to watch the DVD with their children.
The video includes award-winning TV spots, film clips, photos and graphics, and includes a live talk by Patrick Reynolds to 1,000 ninth graders. In addition to warning kids about the dangers of smoking, the presentation also alerts children to the manipulative advertising used by tobacco companies.
